I offer one-to-one mentoring and group coaching opportunities to fundraisers and charity leaders to help them grow professionally and personally.
Whether you are looking to work on a specific area or explore wider professional development themes, I can help. I will support you to explore your strengths, challenges and goals and think about how you can invest in yourself to achieve success.
Mentoring is also a great way for charities to invest in their junior team members as well as more established fundraisers.
I offer a free of charge exploration session by phone or video call to explore your needs and discuss possible options.

Hi, I’m Kelly.

I think that good quality fundraising and motivated people are at the heart of successful charities. I am on a mission to help Fundraisers, CEOs and their charities to thrive.
I have worked in the charity sector since 2007 and I live in the South West of England with my husband, two small boys and two pet rabbits!
